At Top Stone, we offer flexible delivery options to ensure your products reach you safely and efficiently.

Free Shipping:

• We provide free delivery for all orders within a 15-mile radius of our postcode SL6 0PT.
• For deliveries beyond the 15-mile radius, a charge of £3 per 4 miles applies.

Free Pickup

• We also offer a free pickup option from our warehouse. Contact us to arrange a convenient time for collection.

Delivery Requirements:

• Forklift Required: Deliveries are made only to locations equipped with a forklift or suitable unloading equipment.
• Heavy Products: Due to the weight of the products, which can exceed 300kg per slab, our delivery team will not engage in manual lifting or unloading unless a special delivery service with a lorry-mounted crane (Hiab) is arranged in advance.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are fully responsible for unloading the products upon delivery.
• Liability Disclaimer: Top Stone Centre will not be responsible or liable for any damage, injury, or loss that may occur during unloading, whether performed manually or using customer-provided equipment.

Special Delivery Service

• If you require a lorry-mounted crane for unloading, this must be pre-arranged with the Top Stone team.

• Goods Inspection: The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and sign the delivery note to confirm receipt and satisfactory condition.
• Top Stone does not take responsibility for any damages or injuries that may occur during the unloading process.
• Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 working days after payment is received.
